New pattern released!

Finally, I’ve got this pattern written down. One of my worst habits as a knitter/crocheter is that I routinely make up patterns and never write them down, so I can never go back to them. I actually took the time with this pattern to test and size 6 different sizes!

I have named this beanie The Dreamer because I have literally been dreaming about this design for months now. I came up with an idea of the pattern in my mind probably last winter (2014) but never got around to actually making one. Now that the weather is slowly warming up, of course I’ve got plenty of free time to design.

This pattern is available in adult, teen, child, toddler, 6 months, and newborn sizes. Head sizes are random and they vary quite a bit, so measure as you go if you are able. I design all hats to first fit my average sized woman’s head and work from there. The beauty of this pattern is that it is worked in a rectangle however long enough to go around your head, and then sewn shut.

This is an awesome pattern for beginners/more advanced beginners. For my more advanced friends, this is still an extremely satisfying pattern because you can make one up quickly while you watch a movie.

I’ve got this pattern available in my:

Etsy shop

Ravelry shop

Craftsy shop

Please let me know if you have any questions at all about the pattern, or if you need help with the pattern! I can be reached through any of my stores, or with my email: stringsandthings16@gmail.com

Happy crocheting!

  1. Oh it’s super cute! I can’t crochet at all (and can barely knit) but that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate it! 😛
